State police identify shooting victims
After a second day of investigating Monday’s fatal shooting in Waterbury, Vermont State Police released the names of the two victims in the case: a NH man has died and a Waterbury man remains hospitalized.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has closed its Waterbury Disaster Recovery Center permanently. The deadline to apply for individual assistance has been extended to Nov. 25. Applications for SBA loans however need to be filed by Oct. 21.
