LETTER: Subscriptions open for Waterbury Ambulance Service

To the Community:

Waterbury Ambulance Service’s Annual Household Subscription program is now open to residents in our service area: Waterbury and Duxbury residents, and Moretown residents in the 05676 zip code.

Know that Waterbury Ambulance will ALWAYS respond to you if you call 911 regardless of whether you are subscribed or not.

The annual household subscription is $60 it and includes:

• Up to three emergency transports to the nearest appropriate medical facility for all subscribed household members.
• Billing and collection of benefits available from the subscribers' medical insurance on behalf of the subscriber.
• Coverage of any portion of Waterbury Ambulance Service fees. (deductibles/copayments) not covered by the subscriber’s insurance.
• Coverage for a household through July 2024.

A subscription is not necessary for recipients of Medicaid.
