Suspect from Waterbury gun theft case faces new federal charge
BURLINGTON – A three-time convicted felon from Morristown has been charged by federal authorities with knowingly and intentionally making his residence available for the unlawful storing, distributing and using of controlled substances, officials said.
Career center passes its first budget test
Voters across the region last week gave a strong vote of approval to the budget for the Central Vermont Career Center. According to election results released on Monday, the $4.1 million budget passed by a vote of 6,535 to 1,806 on Town Meeting Day.

Duxbury: It’s all on the ballot for Town Meeting Day
