September 11, 2024Application 5W1023-1 from Carolyn Walters Fox Trust, 2351 Perry Hill Road, Waterbury, VT 05676 was received on August 28, 2024 and deemed complete on September 6, 2024. The project is generally described as modification of the previously approved building zone on Lot 4, an equal-area boundary line adjustment between Lot 4 and the adjoining lot to the west, and construction of a single-family residence and associated improvements on Lot 4. Construction of the proposed residence may require blasting. The project is located at 2351 Perry Hill Road in Waterbury, Vermont. The application may be viewed on the Natural Resources Board's website (http://nrb.vermont.gov) by clicking "Act 250 Database" and entering the project number “5W1023-1.”
No hearing will be held and a permit will be issued unless, on or before October 1, 2024, a party notifies the District 5 Commission in writing of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion. Any person as defined in 10 V.S.A. § 6085(c)(1) may request a hearing. Any hearing request must be in writing, must state the criteria or sub-criteria at issue, why a hearing is required, and what additional evidence will be presented at the hearing. Any hearing request by an adjoining property owner or other person eligible for party status under 10 V.S.A. § 6085(c)(1)(E) must include a petition for party status under the Act 250 Rules.
