My name is Pam Cowper and I live in North Carolina.
I recently found out that my biological Mother, Bessie Spillman, married Francis John Farnham in 1939 in Waterbury, Vermont.
I found this photo of my Mother and wondered if this could be Francis Farnham with her? If anyone has any information I would love to hear from you.
