Main Street Construction | May 21-29

No construction over Memorial Day weekend. Work resumes Tuesday morning, May 26. Expect one-way alternating traffic in several areas. 

Between Dac Rowe Park and Stowe Street: Road is being widened; travel lanes will shift. Flaggers will assist drivers and pedestrians. 

Between Stowe Street and Park Row: Paving coming to Park Row; new excavation starts at Park Street towards downtown core requiring traffic lanes to shift. Conduit installation will happen along Foundry St. and Bidwell Lane, extending behind Main Street properties to the Village Market.

Between Park Row and the end of the project: Concrete sidewalks will be poured, replacing temporary sidewalks; crews will coordinate with property owners, residents.
