The Vermont State Police this morning announced an investigation into the death of a Waterbury woman found deceased in her vehicle at the Waterbury Park and Ride lot on Thursday afternoon.

According to a press release by Trooper Isaac Merriam, 46-year-old Buffy Huntington was found around 5:30 p.m. at the commuter lot on Lincoln Street.

The circumstances of her death are not considered suspicious, police said.
