Crossett Brook 8th grade students honored with awards

Last week, 69 eighth graders finished their studies at Crossett Brook Middle School. 

The school announced several awards bestowed upon class members: 

Scholarly Leader Award

 This recognition is for 8th graders who personify such qualities as teamwork, positive interactions with others, respect, dependability, productivity, service to others, and respect for diversity. Awarded to Ryan Nagle and Ben Larson.

Ken Page Student Award

This goes to an 8th grader who has made positive contributions to the CBMS community. This student has shown excellent work ethic, perseverance, and progression towards individual goals. Awarded to Tina Pan.

Harvard Book Prize Award

This goes to a promising student whose performance is recognized by teachers, because they have displayed grit and determination against the odds while working to achieve their goals. Awarded to Alexander Lord.
