John P. (Jack) Carter passed on peacefully at home on June 21, 2021 at the age of 75. Jack was born on June 28, 1945 in Windsor, Vermont, the son of Nick and Ruth Carter, and the youngest brother of Sherm and Taylor (Jim). He is regarded affectionately by many as “The Mayor of Stowe Street.”
