Mystery bird

A little over a week ago, this handsome pigeon dropped in at SunCommon on Route 2 in Waterbury unannounced and no one knows where it belongs.
Staff there have been feeding and caring for it and have given it a nickname, Sunny, according to Gary Merrill who works in the solar company’s warehouse.
Sunny ventures out and returns to a few pigeon-friendly hangout spots away from dogs in the canine-friendly office. “He does not like dogs,” Merrill said.
SunCommon folks are keeping Sunny set with bird food, water and company, but they know someone might be looking for the creature. Anyone missing their feathered friend can call (802) 793-0341 or email gary.merrill@suncommon.com."
