The farmers market kicks off today, May 30, at Rusty Parker Memorial Park from 4 to 7 p.m. It will continue every Thursday (weather permitting) through Sept. 12. A list of vendors is posted on the market’s Facebook page with the name The Waterbury Farmers Market and an Instagram site as well. That will be updated regularly to reflect changes as the season goes on. The market will also have live music for the early two hours prior to the Rotary concert time.

Now in its 43rd year, the Rotary Club’s annual free summer Concerts in the Park music series is posted on its website. Performances are scheduled for Thursday nights from June 13 through Aug. 15 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., overlapping with the market.

Here’s the schedule for this summer’s shows below. Check the Rotary Club’s Facebook page and listen to WDEV should there be questionable weather conditions that could affect performances.
