The discussion will cover Paterson’s 2015 memoir, “Stories of My Life,” and her prolific career writing more than 30 popular and award-winning books.

This event is part of the foundation’s Book Club for Grown-Ups series that hosts Vermont and New Hampshire authors who write for both children and adults. Past featured authors include bestselling author Dan Brown, poets Rajnii Eddins and Verandah Porche, thriller author Chris Tebbetts, and mystery writer Sarah Stewart Taylor.

“Our virtual book club series has allowed folks to connect with other readers from around the world and be inspired by some of their favorite authors. We wanted to support Vermont and New Hampshire authors during these challenging times when in-person events are not possible,” said CLiF Communications Manager Erika Nichols-Frazer.

The online book club gives participants a chance to learn about how authors work with ample opportunity for questions. It also allows avid readers and writers a chance to hear about the nonprofit foundation’s work to promote literacy for low-income, at-risk, and rural children in the region.

More information and registration for the free Zoom event is online at www.clifonline.org.
