Waterbury Center’s Kyle Streeter was among three first-time champions crowned at Thunder Road last week.

Friday, Sept. 9, was the 63rd WDEV/Calkins Portable Toilets Championship Night at Thunder Road International Speedbowl Streeter (right) took first place on the Lenny's Shoe & Apparel Flying Tiger podium. 

Mike MacAskill of Williamstown (left) finished third, behind Flying Tiger Rookie of the Year Kaiden Fisher of Shelburne. 

The calendar still has three days of stock car racing ahead with the 60th Vermont Milk Bowl Friday-Sunday, Sept. 30-Oct. 2.
