General Contractor Prequalification

HUUSD - General Contractor Pre-Qualification for renovations at Waitsfield Elementary School

Notice is hereby given that the Harwood Union Unified School District is soliciting qualification packages from General Contractors interested in providing construction services for the renovation of an existing 500sf kitchen into a commercial kitchen.

The main components of the Project include demolition of the existing residential style kitchen and installation of a complete commercial style kitchen including new plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, finishes and electrical service to the space.

The project budget is approximately $500k and will be funded by capital reserves. Construction will commence in May 2023 and must be completed by August 15, 2023.

Email questions only concerning the RFQ may be directed to Peter Burns at pburns@truexcullins.com. Proposals are due January 12, 2023. Notification of prequalification will be 1 to 2 weeks after that date.
