5 p.m. UPDATE from Vermont State Police: “On 2/24/24 Jadhyn Wall has been located, is safe, and released into the care of her guardians. Thank you to the public who called and assisted in providing information to locate her.”

State police ask for help in locating a missing Waterbury teenager

Vermont State Police are asking for the public’s help with locating a missing Waterbury teenager.

Trooper Mae Murdock said police received a report of a runaway juvenile shortly before 9 p.m. on Friday. The report said that Jadhyn Walls, 16, did not return home from school on Friday.

Jadhyn is described as 5'6" with medium-length brown hair, approximately 135 lbs., and green eyes. Jadhyn was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark army-green pants, and pink Nike swish high tops. 

State police are asking for any assistance in locating Jadhyn. Anyone with information as to Jadhyn’s whereabouts should call the Berlin barracks at 802-229-9191. Tips also can be anonymously reported at vsp.vermont.gov/tipsubmit
