Vermont State Police are investigating the theft of a Toyota Tundra pickup that they believe was stolen while parked along Main Street/Vermont Rt. 100 in Waitsfield on Friday night.

The bright red 2018 Tundra was parked at 5351 Main Street, according to a press release from Sgt. William Warner. The Blue Stone restaurant is located at that address.

“It is suspected the vehicle was loaded onto a flatbed truck between 9 p.m. and midnight” on Oct. 25, according to the report made to police on Saturday, Warner wrote.
