Several volunteer town committees and commissions have openings that the Waterbury Select Board hopes to fill in April.

Anyone interested should send a letter of interest to Town Clerk Karen Petrovic by April 13.

Information on each of the boards can be found on the town website waterburyvt.com under the Boards and Meetings tab. Under each section is information on who current committee members are, contact information, meeting agendas and minutes, and some details on the board’s duties.

In addition, the town Annual Report contains a section from each town board, committee and commission reviewing the past year’s work and looking ahead to the coming year. The 2022 annual report is online on the town website. It’s also available in paper copies at the town offices. (Or call to have a copy mailed to you.)

The following boards have openings:
Conservation Commission - four vacancies

Planning Commission - one vacancy
Recreation Committee - four vacancies
Tree Committee - one vacancy

Anyone with questions should contact Petrovic at 802-244-8447 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or email karen@waterburyvt.com
