Main Street / Blush Hill Update July 30-Aug. 6

BLUSH HILL

Pavement milling has been done in preparation for paving of Blush Hill Road in several weeks. Highway Department crews are completing maintenance of roadside ditches.Two culverts have been replaced. 

When weather allows, paving first will be done on Lonesome Trail Road off of Blush Hill Road. That work has been delayed by rainy conditions this past week. 

  

MAIN STREET 

OVERALL IMPACTS - Entire project, all segments

  • Paving and line striping is scheduled to take place weekdays beginning Aug. 2 for two weeks. This will extend the entire length of the project including side streets where construction took place.

  • Expect delays and one-way traffic during paving.   

  • There will be no on-street parking where paving is occurring.

  • Do not use cell phones while driving.

  • Businesses and sidewalks will be open.
