Duxbury town officials sent out this road condition report on Wednesday afternoon:

Road Conditions 1-10-24

We plan to address the upper Camels Hump Road section tomorrow 1-11-24. Percy Construction should be mobilizing somewhere between 9 and 10 a.m. The plan is to address the hole/culvert issue just above Scrabble Hill Road.

We also plan on addressing the muddy frozen areas above that filling and leveling as best as possible. Residents living above the culvert repair area please make sure to notify neighbors who may not receive emails to let them know of the schedule for the road closure.

Anyone who may have scheduled a fuel delivery please notify your vendor of the road closure. We hope to have the road open later in the day.

The most recent storm did not cause any problems for the road crew. All roads were addressed and we did get our third tandem back in time to deal with this storm. We now have our eye on the weekend and mention of possible storm next week.
