Vermont 100on100

This 100-mile relay footrace (mostly) on Rt. 100 starts at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe and ends in at the Okemo Ice House in Ludlow. Teams of 2-6 runners each will start from Stowe between 4:40 and 9:30 a.m.

Although the race is named for Route 100, the course portion through Waterbury takes it nearly entirely onto local roads, avoiding the state highway.

Runners will enter Rt. 100 from Moscow Road in Stowe and then exit onto Gregg Hill Road in Waterbury Center. From there, it will use a short stretch of Rt. 100 to Guild Hill Road and then continue to Maple Street, Loomis Hill Road, Valley View and Shaw Mansion Roads, Kneeland Flats and Guptil Road. It cuts across Country Club Road to Laurel Lane to Lincoln Street. Runners then will use Stowe Street to Railroad Street, coming out of Demeritt Place onto South Main Street/Rt. 100 South. Once over the bridge, the course follows Rt. 100 through Duxbury to the Mad River Valley.

See the entire course and more race information on the race website 100on100relay.com.
