Anita Nichols, 95, formerly of Tunbridge, Waterbury Center, and more recently of Northfield, Vermont, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Mayo Continuing Care in Northfield. 

MORETOWN/WATERBURY - Charles Robert O’Brien Sr., 81, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at his home in Moretown, on Thursday, July 21, 2022.

Andrew (“Andy”, “Sarge”) Sargeant passed away at home on July 1, 2022. A beloved husband, an adored father, and a great friend, Andy was exceedingly kind and level-headed, traits he will be remembered for by all who knew him.

Madalynn Flora passed away on June 29, 2022. Madalynn lived in Stowe for more than 35 years and in her years there, she opened the gift store at the renowned Topnotch Resort and Hotel.

Prudence Putnam Frost Baker, age 89, passed away at her home in Waterbury Center surrounded by her family on June 10, 2022.

Roger A. Hussey, 82, died at his apartment home above the Waterbury Area Senior Center in Waterbury, Vermont, on June 13, 2022.  He was a few days shy of his 83rd birthday. 

Emma Franca Ottolenghi died on May 9, just shy of her 87th birthday, surrounded by her children. A celebration of life will be held on July 31 at Rusty Parker Memorial Park in Waterbury.

Bernard (Bernie) Louis Sweet, from South Duxbury, Vermont, entered eternal rest on June 2, 2022, in his home surrounded by his wife and family. 

Alice Cassandra Potter James, 83, of Waterbury Center, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 30, 2022, at the University of Vermont Medical Center as a result of complications from a heart attack.
