Winter Solstice in many cultures around the world is a sacred time of deep reflection and gratitude for the year’s past and setting intentions for the year ahead.

The Waterbury Public Library is hosting a special solstice program starting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 21. River Buffum and Adult Program Librarian Judi Byron invite you to join them for a solstice ritual of meditation and intention setting accompanied by harp music that celebrates the return of the light.
