2021 Local Christmas services

More local churches are offering in-person Christmas services this year than last but many are still taking precautions to keep from becoming too crowded at what is often the most popular time of the year. 

Here is a sampling of worship services through the weekend:

Waterbury Congregational Church United Church of Christ, 8 N. Main St.

Friday, December 24

4 p.m. | Christmas Eve Service in The Sanctuary

7 p.m. | Christmas Eve Service in The Sanctuary

NOTE: Because seating is limited to 60 people, pre-registration is required. As of Wednesday, Dec. 22, both services are full to capacity. They can be viewed at home on Zoom.

St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 109 S. Main St. Waterbury
