The Waterbury Area Food Shelf has adjusted its hours for the summer, Director Linda Parks announced this week.

Hours on Wednesday will be extended to 6 p.m., an hour later than usual. Hours for the summer are now Monday and Friday 10 a.m. to noon, Wednesdays 3-6 p.m.

The food shelf welcomes all in the community who need to help stock their pantries with healthy foods. It is located at 57 South Main Street in Wesley House with the entrance on the side of the building in the driveway.

The food shelf also has had an abundance of diapers to distribute. Contact the food shelf for details on sizes and quantities available.
