Montpelier’s Lost Nation Theater presents the musical “Frozen Jr.” on Friday-Saturday, March 3-4.

Based on the Disney film and the 2018 Broadway musical, “Frozen Jr.” brings the characters of Elsa and  Anna and the magical land of Arendelle to life onstage through contemporary dance, song, story, and design.

The musical features all the memorable songs from the animated film and the songs written for the Broadway production in an imaginative ensemble-oriented production providing opportunities for all of the performers to shine.

The production is a presentation of students in Lost Nation Theater’s Dance-Theater Production Camp for kids ages 9-15 led by director and choreographer Taryn Noelle and musical director Tim Guiles.

The show is suitable for all ages. The theater’s COVID-19 safety protocols still require masks for all in-person seating, regardless of age.

The performance at City Hall Auditorium Arts Center in Montpelier runs for approximately 60 minutes. Show times are 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 3-4, and a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday as well. Tickets: $5-$15.
