McCain Consulting, Inc. has added Sheila McIntyre to its team at 93 South Main St. in Waterbury. McIntyre brings project management, environmental planning, and land use permitting expertise to the McCain consulting team. 

McIntyre has over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in Vermont with a track record of balancing a landowner’s needs and regulatory requirements. McIntyre is a state and local permit strategist for commercial, industrial and residential projects. She also conducts wetland evaluations and delineations and guides developers through multi-jurisdictional wetland regulations to complete their projects. 

McIntyre lives in Burlington with her husband, Scott.
